Sure they are real, I can attest to the fly over /bridge and mosque at Oja Oba market along Oba Adesida Road, Anglican Cathedral at Obile, Redeem church, Dome and shoprite at Alagbaka, Captain cook and Fontaine water at alagbaka round about opposite to first bank besides Tisco company etc and as well of identifying some building in the photos but ain't sure of the new stadium if they have commenced work but I know it's still very much open as a field mainly used as a crusade grounds for some Churches though that's was about two years ago .

P.s

I can also identify on the photos St Michael church at Alakare and nico insurance at (Isiko) can't spell well but along Ondo road before Isiko market. ..... But why repeating photos when there's a lot of nice and decent place in Akure to show off including Ijapo estate, clubs etc

I also doubt that of stadium as well though I haven't been around for a while now but I doubt if AKETI can concentrate / focus on building new stadium where by there's a lot of issues confronting the development of state.

OP just kept repeating Oba Adesida Road
I love AK city cos it’s calm.
Lived all my life there

It will make a lot of sense if the government can construct dual lanes from High court Junction to Olukayode and straight to Ijoka.
Make Idanre road too expand.
Oke -Ijebu road too need better planning.
