Tavershima Dega, a man who lives in Zaki-Biam town of Ukum Local Government Area has reportedly been shot dead by unknown gunmen. Tavershima Dega was killed last Thursday barely some days after killing of the Chairman of Zaki-Biam Yam market, Tavershima Achinge at his residential house. Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) for the state command, DSP Catherine Anene, said she could not immediately confirm the killing of Dega because she was yet to receive any briefing on the matter.
