There have been incessant killings in Rivers State over the years. All effort put up by federal government and Rivers State government to stop the killings are making things worse more . . According to Comedian Mr Rational , he said Yahoo is the only solution to Rivers State killings and kidnapping and only if Rivers State government can legalise it . Though this sounds funny but those he make sense here ? Is this the only solution? . Read post Bellow ;
