One of the things that life is well known for is its ups and downs. It can tend to be full of mysteries. It can tend to keep you in darkness. If care is not taken, if you don’t take the necessary precautions the darkness could last for a lifetime.

Some things happen in a flash. Bad and good things happen in the blink of the eyes. Even before you could realize it, the deed would have been done. Bad and good things make impacts. Obviously they make different impacts. Bad things make the worst out of you. They come and go in the speed of the light but they cause the heart a great damage. They leave it wounded.

It’s not all the time that you get to choose what you get. It’s not all the time that you get to make choices. Sometimes choices make you. Sometimes life chooses and you pay. You could be lucky enough to get something marvelous. But sometimes it’s just a different story because it could be a bad choice. You really don’t have any option in this game – you still pay

“I don’t want it, I don’t buy it”. But when it comes to life, you buy. That rule just doesn’t work. It’s not a matter of what you want; it’s a matter of what you get. It’s not a matter of what you desire; it’s a matter of what comes your way. It’s not a matter of this is how you want it; it’s a matter what life dishes out to you. It’s a matter of you don’t like what you get; it’s a matter of how you make the best out of what you get. And it’s definitely not about whether you like it or not because you just have to pay.

The whole thing is like some kind of game. But life seems to know the game better than most people. It knows the rule and it owns the cards. It decides which card goes to whom. Nobody orders anybody on which card to serve. So when you get served the bad cards, what happens next?
