I attended the interview for drilling Cost Controller.
You do a computer-based competency test.
Asked a series of questions and you choose the one that is most likely you and least likely you.
Visit www.shl.com and do a trial of the OPQ test.
2.After this test you meet a psychologist(a white man normally from France).He will take you thru series of questions based on what is likely going to be the qualities needed for your position.Note that his scores or assessment of you is very key to Total except God says otherwise.
3.You meet the Finance team that accesses your technical competence.Know much about budgeting,cost allocation,how to control cost,use tech terms,etc.
4.You will see the HR team that will want to see ur certificates and ask you questions about why you want to work in Total and all that.
