She said the woman works with the Ministry of Women Affairs and an adoption document was given but later found to be forged.
But by what I know, the Government has made a law that no child should stay in an orphanage more than 3-5years. They should be given out for adoption so they can live a normal life.
So, with this, I don't think people are supposed to be paying for adoption because they are to be responsible for the child's upkeep and education.
With her so called N1.5m paid to the woman, something is fishy.
