*ROLE:* Project Manager

*Job Specifications*

1. Determine and define project scope and objectives
2. Track project costs in order to meet budget
3. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plans
4. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress of projects
5. Manage contracts with stakeholders by communicating expected deliverables
6. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
7. Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
8. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

*Skills Requirement*

1. A proven track record of project execution and increasing responsibility
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
3. Knowledge of government revenue collection processes is mandatory
4. Proven ability to solve problems creatively
5. Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
6. Legal background is required
7. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
