A 90-year-old man from South Carolina has been arrested and charged with killing of his 83-year old wife after investigators said he admitted he shot her Saturday morning August 17. According to the report, officers responded to a home at 1768 Highway 61 in Ridgeville at 5:20 a.m on Saturday after they received a call from a man who said he shot his wife. Edwin Nelson, Jr., 90, was taken into custody in connection with the murder of his 83-year-old wife, Sarah M. Nelson.
