since I did MTN welcome back. they have been bombarding me with their mtn service each day and every time I attempt to make a call. just today I decided to check out the MTN back up after the bombardment. and there was no indication or whatsoever of the charges I have to pay, there was also no confirmation of my agreement to pay a dime to active the service. as I thought everything was free. but Alas they charge N100 by debiting me. below is the message MTN sent me.
from it they said the contact will be saved for just 2 weeks. how do I canceled and have my money back? I suspect they will keep deducting me every 2 weeks. 1 Like |

You can't have your money back. Mtn back is not a fraud |

The way people just misuse words these day ehn, it baffles me. Why didn't you backup to cloud or email if you have problems with them charging you? 1 Like |
