You will expected to contribute in creating policies, processes and strategies that help the firm to run efficiently and profitably.

Job specifications:

Must posses minimum of B.Sc in any of the science, business/commercial related fields,
Good communication skills:
A knowledge of any of the ISO management system standards or OHS will be an advantage. 
Fluent and articulate
Good Oral, written and representation skills
 Problem identification and solution skills:
Analytical thinking and detailed.
Good team player- Project Management team member
Leadership & Relationship Management Skills
Change agent
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to work confidently with C-Level Management

Short learning curves
Willingness to travel at short notices will be an added advantage.  
2- 5 years work experience
