What does he mean by fully confirmed? When you get your PR visa and land in Canada, you become a permanent resident from that day (can vote in some elections but not national election until you are a citizen and invite family) he should get a job first before inviting people. You stay for 2years in a 5year period so you can renew the PR, or stay 3years, write exam, pass and become a citizen. You should work on your travel history, account balance and family/home ties. There's no law that states you must get a visa because your brother is there. There are different types of visas sha.

Even if am comfortable in Nigeria, the only reason i will prefer to migrate is as a result of security reasons... Not just that those incharge of your safety are the ones to be avoided but also that everyone is now a menace, a suspect due to hardship.

The more i stay here the more i start seing shady deals as a way to survive which i believe is not so out there.

I realy want to live a decent life and i cant cleary see how living decent would favour me in this country where everyone is expected to have a least instinct of a crook mentality to survive.

The Indians and Chinese all know how very corrupt and senseless the leaders in Nigeria are. The Indians and Chinese can bribed their way to get and exploit anything in Nigeria....or which they know they can't do the same easily in their own country.

They know that they can get away with practically anything like paying any Nigerian they employ chicken change to nothing as salaries...or use most Nigerian to do the bottom of the barrel type of jobs but give their own citizens the top most and high ranking jobs.

They understand that Nigeria does not enforce human or labour rights in compared to most western countries.
