Uncle optometrist I'm getting tired of using my glasses, so sometimes I don't use it. This is the fifth glasses I'm using since I started using glasses and trust me when I say I still experience headaches and sometimes I become dizzy.
Just of recent I almost fell off the staircase case I became dizzy and my vision was really blur.
Now I'm seriously praying my children don't have my my kinda eye issue(but they can inherit my shinny brown iris).
I'm tired of doctor's appointment without results, so what can I do on my own.

So sorry for what you have been experiencing but I must tell you the truth, there is nothing you can do on your own only to visit an eye specialist (Optometrist preferably) closer to you for proper checkup.

also try to be using your prescription regular for effective result.

Thanks for this post but for me I have never seen an night since I was born. I remember struggling to keep up with activities, I have suffered avoidable inhuuries and have scars to show for it. It's painful whenever I think of it. My mom told it's because she did receive vit A for me while I was young I don't know hiw true is that also what can be done. I have visited so many opthamologist its just doesn't seen to work with glasses.

I went for checkup in June and I wasn't impressed at all with the doctor, he said I needed new glasses again but my current glasses isn't up to 6months I changed it.
He said something like 1m eye adjustment(I don't even understand what that means). So I decided not to visit any optometrist cause I can't spend almost 40k for another glasses.
