To the glory of God,it has been two years plus since I last jerked off. I began during my teenage age and went on till I began to notice it's side effect on me and slowly it brought me down.
Putting an end to it was tough,I tried and tried but continuously I kept going back to it and i almost became depressed,until I finanly conquered.
How did I stop??
Don't really know,but I just noticed I had stopped the habit and I had myself under control,all to the glory of God.
Most people believe staying away from PORN is the key but I beg to disagree, its an ADDICTION,and to break free you need a strong determination and God by your side.
I am a living testimony and I believe God wants to use me in bringing more people out of it.
