I really want to know the names and identities of the clueless Nigerian lawyers, who drafted this useless agreement or contract between the Nigerian govt and this Irish company, called P&ID.

I hear that company did not even construct anything in Naija including their own portion of the infrastructure, which was meant to have been done by their own team. Yet, they still had the frigging guts to sue!

I want to know which Nigerian govt lawyer reviewed the contract and allowed those useless penalty clauses to be included in it.

I want to know the inept legal team that represented Naija during the arbitration process and the court proceedings, and were daft enough to allow us lose the case.

I am waiting for someone to give me their names, so that I will know the kind of thunder I should invoke, to fire their heads and those of their ancestors! Nonsense and ingredients!!
