Information Reaching Us At The Moment Says That The Founder Of Commonwealth Of Zion Assembly (COZA) Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, Is Currently In Police Custody In Abuja.
Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo was reportedly invited by Police Force headquarter for questioning over allegations of rape against him by Busola, wife of a musician, Timi Dakolo.

Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo was also invited by a panel set up by the Pentecostal Fellowship (PFN) of Nigeria to investigate allegations of rape against him but he was said to have shunned the invitation.
Fatoyinbo, however, explained that he was advised by his lawyers not to appear before the panel because it was prejudiced and may not conduct an impartial session.
