Award winning author, Reno Omokri, has said that the 77 Fraudsters that was recently rounded-up in the US, just after Invictus Obi was arrested is not the reason that US Embassy in Nigeria increased visa fees.

He said this via his twitter handle, @renoomokri. He alledged that the action by the Embassy is to reciprocate Nigeria Embassy's increase in visa fees for US citizens.

I condemn fraud in all its ramifications, however, the increase in visa fees by
has nothing to do with the 77 scammers. It is a reciprocal action planned BEFORE the 77 arrests and is in response to Nigeria’s increased visa fees for US citizens.
