Have you considered that we could also lease it to other African nations that don’t have and make money from it. If we lease to just 2 countries that will be 1 million dollars every 6 months and 2 million dollars in a year that can be used to pay staff and service the craft also note we can lease to say even 4,5,6 countries like S.a is doing.
