A photo is being circulated online of an suspected thief who was allegedly caught in the act in Taraba state.



According to reports, he was caught at Students Villa, off campus, Federal University Wukari in Taraba State. He was then descended upon by a mob who tied him and beat him up till he was bleeding from his mouth.
