A suspected cyber fraudster in Edo state, has been arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

It said the female suspect whose name has not be disclose worked in collaboration with a foreign counterpart.

Muhktar Bello, the Head of Benin Zonal Office, who spoke on behalf of the Acting Chairman of the EFCC, Ibrahim Magu, said the female suspect was involved in obtaining and stealing people’s identification information, which she later forwarded to her American collaborators.
