The Federal Government has approved the recognition and observance of September 16 of every year as National Identity Day. It said it is in line with the United Nations (UN) position on the contribution of dates to the achievement of the purposes of its Charter to promote action on political, social, cultural, humanitarian/human rights issues, Source: https://www.google.com/amp/s/thenationonlineng.net/fed-govt-adopts-sept-16-as-national-id-day/amp/

I registered for my National Identity at NIMC office in Port Harcourt, 13th February, 2013, got my National Identification Number on the 14th of February, 2013, after then till today I am yet to get my National Identity Card. What does it take to prepare an ID Card? This country called Nigeria needs a serious deliverance because nothing good is working effectively 85 Likes 11 Shares |

Good step towards creating a national identity! This is long over due, next step is to incorporate back into our education system, the “ History of Nigeria “ for our future generations. We cannot solve our identity crisis, without understanding the “ I” in the “We” |
