as Omo-Agege wins Oboro in Central

ASABA-DELTA election petition tribunal, panel two, sitting in Asaba, has sacked Senator James Manager of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP as Senator representing Delta South in the National Assembly.

The three man panel presided over by Justice C O Onyaebo, said the election was marred by irregularities and ordered the Independent Electoral Commission, INEC to withdraw the certificate of return issued Senator James Manager and conduct a fresh election.

Delta South Senatorial Candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC and immediate past Governor of Delta State, Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan had dragged Senator James Manager to the tribunal, arguing that the election was marred by fraud and irregularities.

Also, the Deputy President of the Nigerian Senate, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege defeated Evelyn Oboro of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

Evelyn Oboro had dragged Senator Ovie Omo-Agege of the All Progressives Congress, APC to the tribunal citing election irregularities.

But the tribunal in its judgment declared that Evelyn Oboro could not sufficiently prove her case.

James Manager has been there for more than 12years yet he is not tired, but the challenge people in that state has now is the alternative they have is the APC candidate Uduaghan who happen to be the former governor of the state when he was in pdp.
Uduaghan stole the state dry, kept his loot in Tibet China and decamped to APC and all his sins were forgiven.
The election will be tough because Uduaghans own kingsmen has rejected him because of poor performance as Governor and empowering a thief and thug called Ayiri Emami but he has federal might.
James Manager's kingsmen who are majority in his district still like him despite poor performance.
Let's see how it goes.

Meanwhile while is that man below so obsessed about his country

Honestly,as a deltan,this is the best news i've heard in recent times...just imagine james manager being a senator 4 close to 20years now,like say na im papa get the chair....if i say the people of delta south dey very foolish,dem no dey believe..

The minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Senator Godswill Akpabio put a call on the senator representing Kogi west, Dino Melaye after his humiliated defeat from PDP governorship primaries.

Senator Dino Meyale lost the governorship primaries to Engr. Wada, the younger brother to the former governor of Kogi state, Idris Wada.

Akpabio called Dino Melaye to meet him on the street of Abuja...

After stealing delta dry for 8 years, Senate is the latest safe haven for looters.

Nigerians are fools and cowards in the hands of their oppressors. All the politicians need are some sachets of rice and garri to share, they just have their way everytime.

Can the federal government do everything. What are the governors and senators doing with their huge allocations? Or is Buhari also the governor of Abia, delta etc?
