Thanks for your prompt response. Unfortunately, I'm on the look out for an unfurnished apartment in the region of 50k or less. My pros are centred on security, nearness to my PPA(d/line area), closeness to basic needs such as food and clothing, among others.

unless na 1room oh...because accommodation is cost in town..PH as a whole sef...very expensive... #from a serving corper#

You are very less likely to see any room for 50,000 per year. You may find that room if you are willing to consider a 'Batcher'; but no house made of block will go for 50,000 per year or less.

Even if the house is around 100k and 2 occupants can split it..

Note: the house should be close to Olu obasanjo Road. I can't afford 500 in transport on a daily basis abeg
