Some one told me this is incorrect (or rather should be put in another way that is more appropriate). Please who knows what it should be?

It depends on 2 factors.
1. If u acknowledge d chairman first, then u should say 'other protocol observed/duly observed'.
2. If u did not acknowledge d chairman, then u should say 'all protocol (duly) observed.
