It is necessary to understand that the judgement today will be one sided... Base, on the fact that those petition against are in power... However, the truth is not far fetch that Buhari has been seen to be man of integrity... So, I can conclude that he will win the Tribunal.... - Ruling on the allegations of police and military interference, harassment and intimidation and ballot stuffing among others, filed by Atiku, the tribunal strike out the application for non-joinder of the parties who have been accused. Atiku cannot win this. I can see where the judgement is going but no worries, the supreme court is still there. This is probably where alot of PDP physical evidence would have be gotten but they strike it out becos the military were not included as defendant. However, it could be argued that the motion is valid becos Buhari is still their C IN C. |

Bizibi: Buhari was never fair to Atiku , as GEJ was fair to him. However, i trust Atiku will fight on to the Supreme Court. This case will enter 2020. That tribunal is working in favour of Buahri, it is so clear. |

Like I said in a previous post on this issue. Atiku may win today in court just to assuage Nigerians but if I were you, I will not rejoice too soon because the matter will still go on appeal at the Supreme court where the decision will be reversed. Just like a judge pointed out in the just concluded NBA Conference, you can't bite the finger that feeds you but when you stubbornly do, hunger will be your constant companion Nigeria can never be free till the judiciary is free and independent 2 Likes |
