Three trailers toling the Okpara/Sapele express road have crushed down two kids in, Okpara Water-side, Ethiope East Local Government Area, Delta State.

The accident occurred at about 12.05pm this afternoon as traders were trading on a market day of the community.

It was reported the two kids were hawking sachet water when the incident occurred.

An eyewitness who spoke in anonymity said; one of among the three trailers knocked down both kids in an attempt to cross over to the other side of the market.

The trailer belonging RANO Nigeria limited company with the number labeled RN/O3/045 was at a high speed when it knocked both kids down.

Report also had it that both victims of the accident came from the same parents and one died on the spot.

However, the other child was quickly rushed to a hospital close to the market.

But the outcome of the incident has thrown many and sympathizers in Okpara Water-side into mourning as some traders packed off their goods home.

Starting from the government, to the parents, to the driver. Those drivers are usually so erratic. They kill both young and old. Hawkers and passersby. No one is spared.

I know those rano drivers to be highly impatient and careless.. The owner of that company must be occultic to employ such heartless drivers
