Assuming I have records up to 50,000 entered in excel and the company involve has been using excel to keep records for a long period of time, and now they need a system whereby those record can actually be transfered into MYSQL database.
What method can I actually use to implement this.
Somebody should please help

hmmmm i dont know on what method to use on this kind of implementation but i think you should use the import wizard

Load the first spreadsheet into SQL database using the import wizard
Create a master table :
Select *
Into dbo.newtable (name of the project or whatever)
from dbo.firstspreadsheet

Every subsequent spreadsheet needs to be imported using the import wizard then a simple SQL

Select*
Into dbo.newmaster table
from dbo.newtable (name of the project or whatever)
union all
select*
from dbo.subsequent spreadsheet
