He met with Nnamdi Kanu in London before his planned protest but Kanu has abadoned him. He failed to realise that Kanu is a fugitive who cannot help himself. |

FarahAideed: Let's be honest with ourselves... Most Nigerians are not interested in "stopping Buhari", whatever that even entails or means. The last time Nigerians united at the polls to rid the nation of their leader was 2015. Since then, it's been "To your tent o ye Nigerians". I personally doubt God will be bothered with a set of people who are largely uninterested in putting aside ethnic, religious, and political affiliations for the common progress of their nation. 7 Likes 1 Share |

“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear..” copied |

Many years after handover from the military, Nigeria is still far from achieving democracy when a military tyrant is democratically elected to occupy the office of the number one. 2 Likes |
