Twitter user identified as @ImageDeity took to her page to upload a video of what shows a man in Lagos traffic washing cars of commuters. We really couldn’t make much of the video safe for the commentary made by the video directors. The trus state of Lagos is hard and brutish, if only people in the rural areas get the heads up and stay back.
