DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA OF HOW KAKAWA TESTS OR INTERVIEWS ARE?I HEAR ITS HARD; I NID TIPS,I HAVE AN INTERVIEW/TEST THIS WEEK.

its test of reasoning basically. you'd want to be familiar with your quatitative reasoning & shapes. 60 questions in 40minutes. negative marking.

oga pass the test first nau? lol. but really, i know someone that works there and i hear its a good place to be. its a small organization so you'd learn as much as you want because you'd be in constant contact with the experienced hands.

i hear the pay is okay as well, plus the staff welfare is really good.
