Kidnappers struck again on Sunday evening in Osun State as an Abuja bound bus was attacked along Imesi-Ile Ekiti states road.

It was gathered that the bus parked at the motor park before it was attacked and some passengers were forcefully taken away by the hoodlums.

Former chairman of Obokun Local Government, Mr. Sunday Ojo-Williams, an indigene of Imesi Ile, confirmed the attack in a chat with Newsmen on Monday.

He explained the vigilante group working in Imesi Ile and policemen immediately they got wind of the attack launched a rescue operation and were able to rescue some of the passengers.

He added, “They are still there combing the bush for others that are still being held by the kidnappers.” When contacted, spokesperson of Osun Police Command, Sade Odoro, said “Information on the incident is still sketchy. I will brief you in the afternoon.”

it all started by kidnapping the rich.it grew to kidnapping the poor, later it became both the rich and the poor...when kidnapping single individual was no longer paying well they started kidnapping a full bus.from a full bus they grew to kidnapping buses recklessly...soon they will begin to enter government buildings full of civil servants and even government houses, because the security men will also take off for fear of been killed by these guys or hijacking of planes...maybe,that is when our government will act.
