Yet, people always tell him jokingly and during fight that he's just as useless as an animal for raising someone else's children, some will say "Who does your children look like? Because a child not belonging to its supposed biological father is not a disease or disorder.
So it only comes up later when a genetic condition is involved. Like sickle cell, etc.

I have mentioned it here on NL over many years that around 35% of first born kids belong to another man. Many of those pregnancies that lead to quick or sudden marriage.

And about 30% of all kids also belong to another man outside. These are just average values.
Rates in poor parts of cities with dense populations would be more.
