A beautiful lady on Twitter @Coco_lilly_ claims she was able to shed a large part of her body fat within a period of one year.

According to the Los Angeles, California based lady, she was able to shed 135 lbs after she embark on regular exercises but some claimed she did gastric bypass.

Gastric bypass surgery refers to a surgical process in which the stomach is divided into a small upper pouch and a much larger lower "remnant" pouch and then the small intestine is rearranged to connect to both.

It is a surgery that helps you lose weight by changing how your stomach and small intestine handle the food you eat. After the surgery, your stomach will be smaller. You will feel full with less food. The food you eat will no longer go into some parts of your stomach and small intestine that absorb food.

Sharing the photos, Coco wrote; “1 year. 135 lbs lost. New body, same confidence.”
