Hello guys am not a computer literate, but i want to buy a personal laptop, so i can learn on my own. Pls with 20k can i get a mini computer.

for 20k, you should get good mini laptop. I have one for 30k, it's 12inch, 2gb ram, 320gb HDD... I can give you for 25k... If you're in Lagos.
