CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER.

Job description:
*** Overseeing the planning, development and execution of an organization's marketing and advertising initiatives.
*** Reporting directly to the CEO, the CMO's main responsibility is to generate revenue.
*** Making and increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations.
*** Sales management, new business development, product development, distribution channel management and customer service.
*** Ensures the organisation’s message is distributed across channels and to target audiences in order to meet sales objectives. So, this means seeking out new ways to deliver messaging, such as mobile platforms, video and social media.

Requirements and qualities needed;
*** Great analytical skills.
*** Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
*** Great communication and interpersonal skills.
*** Versatility and Flexibility.
*** Passionate customer advocacy.
*** Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management.
*** Deep understanding of changing market dynamics.
*** Entrepreneurial spirit.
*** Must be an experienced top performer.
*** Not more than 35.

Community Manager duties and responsibilities
* Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
* Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts
* Respond to customers in a timely manner
* Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
* Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
* Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams
* Liaise with Development and Sales departments
* Respond to customers in a timely manner
* Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists
* Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Community Manager requirements
* Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
* Experience planning and leading community initiatives
* Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Excellent writing skills
* Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
* Hands on experience with social media management
* Ability to interpret website traffic
* Knowledge of online marketing
* Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver.

Salary: 100,000
