The Former Director of Welfare - National Union of Anambra State Students and Human Right Activist, Comrade Obidike Chukwuebuka has hailed President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR for appointing hardworking, Persisting and committed Anambra APC Chieftain Chief Dr. George Moghalu as the Managing Director - National Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA).

The Human Right Activist and the Former Director of Welfare - National Union of Anambra State Students described the appointment in a news statement as the best recognition to the Igbo tribe during independence.

The Activist further stated ''I am not surprised for his appointment because he's a man of an integrity and uprightness most importantly his intellectual capacity. He will use his experience to bring more development to NIWA and the country at large.''

He added ''the reward for good work is for work, I always wish you well Chief Moghalu''
