A Nigerian known as Ray Starboy was attacked in Dublin, Ireland by their police. The young man was seen walking by in the video and two cops ordered him to stop, he tried to enquire what his offence was but he didn’t get an answer, he was rather body slammed on the ground by the two officers and handcuffed.
