Not always though. One can be so good they can't ignore. See Raheem Sterling, for Instance, with Jamaican ancestry.

no better English player on his position, they will cap Tammy but I don't think can shift Kane

giving birth to u means contributing nothing ?

make use of your senses

You made no sense to me.

Nigeria as a country does not put to birth, you are actually the one that needs to go on a shopping spree for senses.

if was born in London of ekiti parents , it now means ekiti contributed nothing to your life

use your senses, that's if it's available

Ola Aina what did Nigeria contributed to his life

if u tell me he has right to his choice not about what a country contributed to ones life

look for what u can do for your country not what your country has done for u

Brainless and senseless incoherent analogy. If this gibberish is what you call sense then you can keep all the senses because it is shear stupidity.

If Ola was born and raised in the UK then Nigeria contributed nothing to his upbringing and his preference to play for Nigeria is a partnership with mutual benefits to both parties.

Tammy has decided to do whatever he can do for the country of his choice so you and your likes should move on by start doing more for your own country and stop chasing foreign borns around to come and bail you out

they called him.
Pinnick went there himself even before he was loaned to Aston villa. Dude always wanted England

True, the fella was never interested in Nigeria, he just raised hopes these recent weeks by claiming his decision is yet to be made.

It makes sense, he was developed in England, Bred in England and Plays in England, there's no sensible reason for him to play here. We did nothing for him.

Let's stop chasing Players with dual Nationality and start building and developing our local boys.
Nigeria is among the top 15 biggest followers of European football yet it's almost impossible to find a standard football club or stadium here .
you could as well tell us what Argentina did for lionel messi that made him chose Argentina over Spain.
patriots are born.
forget tammy,he can't bench my osimhen or ighalo.
tammy be like, its better to be benched in England than in Nigeria

Another Gabriel Agbolahor in the making. Gbolahor was way better than Tammy yet he was used and dumped, Dele Ali is already done representing England, Late Ugo Ehiogu got the same treatment. John Fashanu still regret till date for dumping Nigeria. Ameobi changed his decision when it was too late. And host of others. The English team has never retained any player for longer period except when they are extremely good like the likes of Beckham, Lampard, Scholes, Shearer, Rooney, Lineker, neville, etc. Tammy and Fikayo will be used and dumped as usual.

Goodluck, enjoy ur short term career at the International level.

Actually, John Fashanu did try to represent Nigeria a few times, playing for the national team a few times. He planned to join the squad during USA 94, but Nigeria wouldn't have him. To be fair he wasn't that good, even John himself said that in an interview once.

Before making this wrong decision he should have consulted Alli first cos he is nowhere to found in England squad after few games....
