bro, you got it wrong. There is a positive step being taken by NA, at least the BH activities are being restricted to NE (in particular Borno) whereas before they had gotten to NC.. Kenya has not succeeded at all and the time frame for Al Shabab has been from the 90s till now...Nigeria might not be there yet but we are a lot better than most countries that are countering serious insurgencies. Remember that insurgency is not your regular warfare!
