This man- Cubana Chief priest has a very good heart....He personally emptied a recharge card and communication outlet to ensure that Mercy wins the competion.

He told anybody who has an active phone around owerri and environs to actually walk into the outlet and get a recharge card and ensure they vote for Mercy.

He was just passionate that she is from his Home State- Imo State.
