Lol, it's not easy some times to use the cold water to bathe. You just have to be a man and use it. Ladies, babies, old men, or rare days when the weather is strangely cold, or health challenge, or locations with very chilly weather.

But if none of these is the case, you're a grown guy and still take pleasure in using warm water, then you're nothing but a lazy-ass man.

For me, I prefer warm water if it is accessible but when it's not, I use cold water of course but truly I don't think it got something to do with being a man.
I have seen people who call themselves men and can even fight when there's a fight in the streets but would still take on their heels when they sight a snake.

Warm water is better and recommended by doctors. It helps in blood circulation because it helps in dilating the blood vessels thereby leading to normal blood pressure. Cold water on the other hand constricts the blood vessels and more work on the heart.
Old people are more likely to suffer heart attacks while taking bath with cold water than when using warm water. But here in Nigeria, majority of us use water at room temperature because of the type of weather we have here

I always bath water hotter than the one used to peel chicken. From my parents to us the children. It depends on your body temperature or how you were raised. In some cases it can also cure body odor if applied with lime. So I was told. I might be wrong

There is nothing wrong with bathing with clod water once your body can withstand it and you don't have any health challenges

But once you approach 50/60yrs, you will want to switch to warm bath
