Loud music, house party are regular occurrence in America that the police are called in regularly to handle.

Get your facts right. If they were shot over loud music then there's racial or other tension amongst them because the police is usually called in when situations like this arise.

Don't even compare firearms in Nigeria to the US. Most criminals in Nigeria can't even afford to buy, they borrow for operations.
