undies are panties....while the above is what women put under their skirt (often when skirt is transparent).they still need to put underwear under these underskirts.

Oga, undies are short for underwear. Bra, panties, camisoles, stockings, corsets, underskirts (which are called half slips or full slips) etc are called undies.
