The National Identity Management Commission took to their Twitter to reveal the prices to be paid to renewal and replace the National ID card. They tweeted saying... When your National e-id card expires it cost N3000 payable via remittance for renewal. Maka why Nigerians didn't ask for a National ID card. It was a government initiative. The concerned agency is not capable of producing the ID cards. The agency should be sued and fined for collecting data of Nigerians and national budget yet... they are unable to produce these cards after 6years. Why should National ID cards expire? And if they do, why must the cards be renewed at the cost of N3000? If you take the card to a business center, N1000 can reproduce it with profit for the business center They increased cost of drivers' Licence, cost of passport, VAT and now ID card. Of what use is government to Nigerians? They never bring policies to grow the economy, to improve infrastructure, to create jobs, to improve quality of life, standard of living etc. They only increase hard times. Nigerians should say no to such nonsense |
