Former First Lady of the United States, Michelle Obama in a recent post on Instagram shared a photo where she revealed her abs while working out in a gym.

The picture according to the reports is part of the ways she intends to promote her “Let’s Move!” campaign, which was created to fight childhood obesity.

Mrs Obama wrote, “It doesn’t always feel good in the moment. But after the fact, I’m always glad I hit the gym.” 

“How did you all take care of yourself on this #SelfCareSunday?” she asked.
