Sheep take over streets in Madrid for annual festival The streets of Spanish capital Madrid have been taken over by more than 2,000 sheep as shepherds steer their livestock to migrate to the south for winter, October 20, 2019. The Spanish capital lies on the ancient migration route, and shepherds have the right to move their livestock through the city center. The stunning migration has become a famous annual festival in Spain, attracting lots of tourists from across the world.
