Skills:
Excellent communication and people skills.
Proficiency in the use of computer - internet skills including e-mails, group messaging, MS office (word, excel, outlook, access)
Highly organized
highly presentable
Excellent phone etiquette
Problem-solving skills.

Job Requirements:
Minimum of an OND in Secretarial Studies, Social Sciences or related field
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar capacity

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities
Answer inquiries about company.
Coordinate mail flow in and out of office
Answer all incoming calls as well as do follow-up calls to prospective clients and redirect them or keep messages
Attend to visitors, ensuring they sign in and out appropriately
Schedule and update appointment calendars on behalf of the director
Receive letters, Cv’s from applicants, packages etc and distribute or file them appropriately.
