like i said if it is viable and the environments permit then it could happen.Not only silverbed will be happy to go there.The cities sited by you are the investors heaven in Nigeria.Apart from Lagos,port harcourt,Abuja include Anambra, Kano and Kaduna.etc Borno in the North east has a fair investor appeal.But we have to tackle the boko harem menace else it could all go away.
