Good morning people, we started ajo (monthly contribution) in my office and I initiated it. So we’re all in a group now. Please I need some simple guidelines or rules I need to post to govern us .

2 , how its going to be rotated amongst you (as per months). 3: fine for delayed payment or other disclpinary measures( though not compulsory ) depending on those u are dealing with. If neccesary you can add small admin charges for bank transfers and deductions as well as phone calls reminder
