And I'd prescribe doxycycline,ciprofloxacin and metronidazole (flagyl) x 2/52

And as for the relationship, gonorrhea is an STD,if she didn't get it from you,then she got it from someone else,so someone is definitely cheating.

Nairaland is not a place to discuss vital issues. My candid advice is for you to go see a doctor. The Doc will probably run other std test and place you on antibiotics. And that of your girlfriend get her treated as well, and also there is a lesson to be learnt here... Use a CONDOM. You will be just fine. Best wishes.

Cipro is a very good anti bacteria drug but strong bacteria like gonorrhea will easily resists it.

Best bet will by oxytetracycline.

Doxy, flagyl shines in stomach infections. Oxytetracycline is very effective against gonorrhea.
