This is a really good observation.

They are trying to sell their products to the youths who flock to this kind of shows, but they will ultimate sell more beer if those youth are better trained to earn more in the future!

The whole idea is that Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) should be about giving back to the society in a way that will lead to devt in that society n not thru seeking a platform to advertise n showcase ur products while disguising it as a CSR.
