A friend actually posted this on his facebook page and its so true. "This is a call to all concerned Nigerians. Please tell NIGERIAN BREWERIES Plc that not all their customers want to drown in Entertainment. Some of us want and need Education, They can't spend hundreds of millions on oraganising Two Gulder Ultimate search shows, Star Trek and Mega Jam, Maltina Family dance, and we don't hear even 50million spent on scholarships in 2010."

This is a really good observation.

They are trying to sell their products to the youths who flock to this kind of shows, but they will ultimate sell more beer grin if those youth are better trained to earn more in the future!

The whole idea is that Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) should be about giving back to the society in a way that will lead to devt in that society n not thru seeking a platform to advertise n showcase ur products while disguising it as a CSR.
